• Gilda Zaragoza is the Founder and Principal of Invalesco Real Estate. With a background in finance and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management, she brings over a decade of experience in development, investment, and brokerage. Gilda specializes in guiding clients through complex commercial transactions, combining sharp market insight with a collaborative, community-focused approach.

Sarah Wallace Scott is a dedicated real estate advisor who combines deep market knowledge with a passion for ethical, sustainable living. With specialties in residential real estate, commercial real estate for nonprofits, and first-time homebuyers, Sarah brings a values-driven approach to every transaction—ensuring her clients’ goals are aligned with care for the community and the land.

Drawing from a rich background as an artist, educator, and permaculture practitioner, Sarah approaches real estate as more than a transaction—it’s a chance to reshape our relationship with the land. She invites her clients to join her in shifting from a consumer mindset to one of stewardship and reciprocity, encouraging thoughtful ownership that gives back to the environment and local communities.

Sarah holds a BFA from the Academy of Art University and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. She is a certified community naturalist, an award-winning Realtor, and an active member of the National Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Her expertise includes green building practices, energy efficiency consulting, and guiding clients through the real estate process with transparency, education, and heart.

A trusted advocate for nonprofits and creatives, Sarah is also known for donating a portion of her proceeds to organizations that support environmental justice and equity in housing. She’s passionate about finding creative, mission-aligned spaces for community change-makers across the Denver Metro area.

Commercial Advisor

•  Stefanie Fox is a Commercial Advisor at Invalesco Real Estate. She helps Colorado’s businesses, nonprofits, affordable housing providers, and investors find the right properties to achieve their goals. With experience spanning commercial brokerage, CDFI lending, nonprofit management, and co-founding two startups, Stefanie brings both strategic insight and a mission-driven approach to every deal. She is a dedicated advocate for her clients, committed to structuring smart solutions and creating spaces where people, ideas, and communities thrive.

Daniela has spent the past years growing her development and real estate knowledge with a local Multi-Family Developer. Here she gained multi-faceted experiences ranging from condominium project sales, leasing and land acquisition. This has led her to being capable of maintaining knowledge of existing and new communities to help her clients understand the current market.

Daniela grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley where her love for nature and the environment became evident. This led her to studying Environmental Sustainability where she hopes to integrate sustainable practices in building and design. As she continues her career and passion in development and real estate she will apply her knowledge while helping her clients achieve their goals and aspirations. Daniela looks forward to serving both English and Spanish-speaking clients in Metro Denver while creating genuine relationships.
