With specialties in residential real estate, commercial real estate for nonprofits, and first-time homebuyers, Sarah brings a values-driven approach to every transaction—ensuring her clients’ goals are aligned with care for the community and the land.

    Drawing from a rich background as an artist, educator, and permaculture practitioner, Sarah approaches real estate as more than a transaction—it’s a chance to reshape our relationship with the land. She is a dedicated advocate for her clients, committed to structuring smart solutions and creating spaces where people, ideas, and communities thrive.

  • Daniela has spent the past years growing her development and real estate knowledge with a local Multi-Family Developer. Here she gained multi-faceted experiences ranging from condominium project sales, leasing and land acquisition. This has led her to being capable of maintaining knowledge of existing and new communities to help her clients understand the current market.

    Daniela grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley where her love for nature and the environment became evident. This led her to studying Environmental Sustainability where she hopes to integrate sustainable practices in building and design. As she continues her career and passion in development and real estate she will apply her knowledge while helping her clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
