As a licensed architect across Colorado and other states, I don't just see structures; I envision possibilities. My journey in real estate is built on the foundation of personal experience – from the thrill of identifying the perfect plot of land for my own home, to the deeply rewarding process of designing, permitting, and acting as the general contractor to bring that vision to life. This hands-on approach has etched invaluable insights into every stage of the property lifecycle, teaching me the art of balancing dreams with budgets, and transforming aspirations into tangible realities.

I bring this same passion and comprehensive understanding to help you navigate your real estate journey, ensuring that every step is guided by expertise, inspired by possibility, and grounded in the kind of real-world knowledge that truly makes a difference.

My educational journey has sculpted a unique lens through which I view the world of real estate and design. This provides a robust foundation for my diverse expertise, including a Bachelor of Environmental Design from CU Boulder, followed by both a Master of Architecture and an MBA from CU Denver. I possess a comprehensive understanding that bridges creative vision with practical business acumen. Further enhancing my qualifications, I am a LEED AP, hold NCARB certification, and am a licensed real estate agent in Colorado. I am also a proud member of the American Institute of Architects.

At the core, my greatest motivation stems from my family. Alongside my wife, our six children are a constant source of inspiration. I am deeply committed to supporting their journey through education and diverse experiences, a commitment that mirrors my dedication to guiding clients in building their own futures. This belief extends to our lived environments – our homes and businesses – which should also enhance and serve as sources of inspiration in our daily lives.
