Team Member Spotlight: Jackie Aguilar

•In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.

I grew up in Lakewood, Colorado. When I'm not working on real estate, you'll find me at Pilates, spending time with family, studying, or working on my house. I have a hidden talent for art and painting. Last but not least, faith plays a very important role in my life.
 

•Tell us a little bit about your role at Invalesco

I've taken on a variety of responsibilities at Invalesco, which include:

Advisor Support: I assist in onboarding new advisors by conducting orientations and providing ongoing support.

Client and Business Development: Through event planning and broker opens, I interact with realtors. I  assist in planning the yearly brokerage education calendar and take part in Builder Expos and community outreach.

Leasing, Property Management, and Transaction Management: In addition to supporting land, commercial, and residential transactions, I oversee leasing and continuous property management. Sometimes I get to style listings.

Office Administration: I monitor the brokerage's transactions and helped close La Tela, an affordable homeownership condo building, by providing administrative support to Invalesco's sales team and clients. 

•What are your areas of expertise?

Developing relationships, sales, customer service, problem-solving, organizing events, and attention to detail are some of my strongest areas of expertise. Since 2018, I have been working in the real estate industry, where I have honed my skills and experience. I've found great fulfillment in this career path, and I'm determined to keep learning and doing well in it.
