Meet Sherri Stinson

•In three sentences or less tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a mom to two little firecrackers (5 & 7) who consume any free time I get. I will jump at any opportunity to escape to the mountains. I read absolutely every line of every contract, manual, or agenda - I’m a habitual over-achiever.
•Tell us a little bit about how you got started in real estate.
I started working with custom home builders through a previous job in 2014 and became involved in the Denver Metro Homebuilder’s Association. I fell in love with the industry and the advocacy for housing growth. Getting my RE license gave me an opportunity to stay in this circle of industry experts in my own capacity. That was the spark. It has grown from there.
•What are your areas of expertise?
Since my business comes mostly via referral, I tend to take any sale that comes my way. My experience is eclectic and varied. I love digging into zoning codes and land entitlement to see the possibilities of each property my clients buy. I have worked with everything from affordable homeownership to luxury mountain properties. I’m also looking for my own development project in the next few years to take it all full circle. I’m always learning and If I can’t do it, I know someone great who can. I believe in the power of a strong network.
