Terri V. James

I am incredibly grateful for all of the years I’ve had assisting others with their real estate needs! I’ve been fortunate to work with developers on cutting edge modern new builds, sustainably built multi-housing projects, helping many sellers get their homes sold quickly and for top dollar, and working with buyers to find their dream homes! I have experience in retro-fitting, land acquisition, new construction marketing and in new development. My interest in vintage, new, modern and traditional architecture led me to real estate. Sustainable living and a clear understanding of environmental issues relating to energy efficiency has been a big passion of mine.

I bring my expertise, knowledge, negotiating skills, and guidance to every transaction. I am with you each step of the way and I love what I do! I have great rapport with fellow real estate professionals, those in title, lending, inspections, etc. and have been around long enough to know how to tackle issues that often come up and get you to the closing table. Originally from Delaware, I’ve loved living in Denver since 1996 so I am familiar with the neighborhoods, the many changes and major growth in our city.
