Erin Dworak brings over two decades of experience as a trusted Residential Real Estate Advisor, with licenses in both Arizona and Colorado. She has brokered a wide range of traditional and non-traditional transactions—including luxury and non-luxury homes, investment properties, foreclosures, fix-and-flips, scrapes/builds, and probate sales—on and off the market. Her approach is rooted in deep market knowledge, creative strategy, and a sincere dedication to client wellbeing.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and studied Real Estate at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. A lifelong learner, she also studied Journal Therapy at the Therapeutic Writing Institute and has spent 15 years as a Therapeutic Journal Instructor. Erin is the founder of Sacred Spaces™, a platform dedicated to holistic real estate and healing environments, and she is also the creator of the podcast "Love is the Remedy."
Deeply engaged in her community, Erin serves as Vice President of the Board for Light Movement, a nonprofit offering grief and trauma-informed, pay-what-you-can somatic healing classes around the world. Her multidimensional background also includes time as a model and actress with Wilhelmina Denver, and she continues to draw from her creative roots in her real estate career.
When she’s not helping clients find their place in the world, Erin enjoys road trips, flamenco dancing, volleyball, cooking, spa days, and studying ancient spirituality. Most importantly, she’s Winslow’s proud momma, and believes that love, presence, and a little sarcasm can go a long way—both in life and in real estate.
