Your homebuilder will use the app to provide updates on the progress of your new home's construction. This may include but not exclusive to:

• Construction milestones: Foundation poured, framing complete, drywall installed, etc.
• Photos and videos: Visual updates of your home as it's being built.
• Inspection reports: Documentation of inspections conducted during the construction process.
• Communication logs: Records of any interactions or communications related to your home's progress.

2. Data Collection & Use
Invalesco HOMEtrack collects information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We may also collect information about your home purchase, such as the address, closing date, and builder. We use this information to provide and improve the app's functionality, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about your home's construction progress.

3. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with any third parties outside of Invalesco Group. Your data is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing you with the HOMEtrack service.

4. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

5. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through the app or by emailing info@invalescore.com.

Invalesco HOMEtrack is safe for users of all ages. While the app is not specifically designed for children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us to have it removed.
