Beth Concha

As a Denver native with a background in residential architecture, Beth has been helping home buyers and sellers as a licensed REALTOR® for over a decade.  She has a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Colorado and worked for several Denver based architecture firms before transitioning to full-time real estate in 2012.  Her design background and general construction knowledge play a unique role in helping her clients envision plans for their home.

Beth actively works with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers & sellers, and investors in Denver and the surrounding areas from Boulder down to Colorado Springs.  She is an expert listener, effective negotiator, experienced house flipper and has connections with the top referral partners in the industry. She has the knowledge, expertise, and patience to guide her clients through the homebuying and selling process whether it’s educating first-time buyers on the different down payment assistance options or helping her investor clients understand their long-term return on investment.

Beth strives to make each transaction as seamless as possible for her clients and enjoys creating lasting relationships well after closing.  In addition to selling real estate, Beth loves spending time with her family, flipping homes, attending concerts & music festivals, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants and bachata & cumbia dancing.
