I was inspired to start a career in real estate out of my joy in helping others. I have worked as a full-service real estate broker since 2000 and have worked through the varying market cycles since then, deepening my knowledge of the real estate industry with every challenge that came my way. I provide representation as a listing broker, buyer’s broker, with new construction and for larger scale projects. Working as a listing broker I am able to give my sellers firsthand knowledge of the most current market stats and knowledge of the current home condition to get their home sold. I love advocating for first time homebuyers, from obtaining down payment to closing cost assistance and helping you navigate something new. With new construction representation, I attend every appointment of the new construction process guiding you through from start to finish. Additionally, I have managed fix and flip projects for my clients that required knowledge of budgets, construction, and deadlines. In more recent years, I have had the opportunity to work with builders on large project sales, which required a longer-term and much broader approach.
